Inderbethal Singh Thakral, CEO of Thakral Services (India) Ltd, has announced plans to spin off the company's premium lifestyle business for a separate listing on the Singapore Exchange. This marks Thakral's third major spinoff in two years, following previous listings of GemLife and Beauty Tech Group.
Financial Performance and Growth

Opportunities in India
Thakral identifies India as a key growth market, particularly in lifestyle products and real estate. The company has expanded its distribution network in South Asia, focusing on DJI products through local partners like Reliance Digital and Croma.
Property Developments and Strategy
Thakral is increasing its stake in a Gurugram property project, aiming to unlock value while limiting construction exposure. The project includes a hospital and wellness center, managed by external developers under revenue-sharing agreements.
Strategic Vision
Bethal emphasizes Thakral's long-standing strategy of creating and unlocking value through selective investments and spinoffs. The focus remains on leveraging market opportunities and maintaining a strong presence in key sectors.
