We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports for internal business purposes. User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Research reports are typically non-refundable once delivered. For defective or duplicate orders, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

Delivery Policy

Reports are delivered via email or download link upon payment receipt. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver promptly.
